Oct 2026 - Ascent from Storey Arms. Back in the Brecon Beacons and a bit apprehensive about this walk as I'm out of shape. It was fine although the legs were sorer than usual afterwards. Gemma dropped me off and picked me up later from Llanfrynach. Hundreds on the tops and it was nice to get some piece and quiet on the descent from Fan y Big. Clouds were beautiful and I was treated to another Brocken Spectre. Walked from Cribyn to Fan y Big with a welsh lady and her bull terrier, Shelby. Nice chat made the final ascent tolerable.
