July 2020 - Ascent from Roughburn. Great walk this. Loved it - not another soul about. Enjoyable forestry paths succumbed to a boggy initial pull up to Meall Clachaig. The summit of Beinn a'Chaorainn is a fantastic ridge with amazing eastern corries. Walking across this was a delight with the huge wilderness to the north opening up. It was then the considerable down and up to Beinn Teallach, a lower munro but a much rockier one. The views to the south improved as I descended with Chno Dearg and Stob Coire Sgriodain, the Easains, Loch Treig and the Grey Corries looking magnificent.
