Apr 2009 - Ascent from Seathwaite Farm via Sour Milk Gill. Descent via Stybeck Tarn. Another classic walk in fine weather. Saw Base Brown’s hanging stone and the iconic view of Wastwater from the Westmorland Cairn. Met a couple on the summit of Great Gable and chatted for a while.
