Aug 2019 - Ascent from Sous L’Aiguille. Absolutely sweltering climb today. The shade of the valley soon gave way to brutal heat above the treeline. Fantastic views of Mont Charvin once the ridge was reached. Last walk in France 2019 this one and I'll be sad to leave the Aravis Alps, but will return - hopefully with Gemma!
